Scripture: Ephesians 4:15 “Speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all things into him, who is the head, Christ.”Leadership begins when someone sees what could be or should be, but is not yet.A team may have a toxic culture, but someone imagines it becoming healthy. A business may be struggling, but someone sees a way forward. A community may feel disconnected, but someone believes it could become a place of love, growth, and purpose.Klēsia leadership begins in the same way. We imagine groups where people journey together, grow in Jesus, listen to the Holy Spirit, and become mature followers of Christ.This is not only about organising a meeting. It is about carrying a vision for transformation. It is about believing that neighbours, work colleagues, teammates, extended family, and friends could come to know Jesus as Lord and grow in His life.Leadership can feel exciting, but it also requires courage. Someone must begin to pray, imagine, invite, gather, and take the first steps.Before all the practical details are worked out, vision matters.
