We can pray daily, “Spirit, teach me to use my gift in love.” We can reflect honestly: “Am I showing love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control in how I use my gifts?”<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">We can also invite feedback from trusted friends. They can help us see whether our gifts feel life-giving or overly demanding.<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">As a Klēsia, we can celebrate both character and gifting. It is good to honour strong gifts, but we should also celebrate patience, humility, gentleness, faithfulness, and love.<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Healthy communities create rhythms of rest, reflection, and repentance. They hold one another accountable to grow in the fruit, not just the function.<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">A mature Klēsia reflects the fullness of Jesus. It is gifted and loving, powerful and humble, active and peaceful, truthful and gentle.<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Growth in the Spirit is not about perfection.
