To hallow God’s name means to honour Him for who He truly is. It means to revere Him, treasure Him, and hold Him in highest esteem.

1.Honouring God with Our Whole Lives

To be holy means to be set apart for God. It means being devoted to Him and given over in love.

2.Holy Because We Belong

To carry God’s name is a great honour and a great responsibility. When people see our lives, they may form ideas about what God is like. 

In Jesus, holiness and love are never separated. His compassion is holy. His truth is loving. His mercy is pure. His obedience is joyful.

To hallow God’s name, we must be willing to repent. We cannot honour God’s name while holding tightly to ways that dishonour Him.

To hallow God’s name is to live as a prophetic sign in our generation.

We do not hallow God’s name only as individuals. We hallow His name together as His people.
